Located in northeastern Coeur d’Alene in Kootenai County in North Idaho, Dalton Gardens is a unique and somewhat bucolic part of Coeur d’Alene. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Canfield Mountain Trail System is a short ride from this beautifully bucolic community, which makes for a perfect ride through the pines surrounding Lake Hayden.

Due to the proximity of the mountain residents of Dalton are often greeted by the local deer, foxes and more – just be careful during rutting season.
